We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and much larger than we expected. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main trams and the heart of the historical center. We also loved the beautiful restaurant downstairs and the delicious breakfast buffet.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel was located close to the city center and offered free parking.

Despite a good variety of options, all the hot items were served cold, even when we arrived early. It was a letdown and we left with a bad impression overall.

On a positive note, the location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to all the main trams and closeness to the city center. the room itself exceeded my expectations with its comfortable bed and the staff was always willing to help.
