The hotel is located in a perfectly manicured neighborhood, offering a great location for tourists. It is just a short walk along the river to reach the impressive castle and all the tourist sites. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with amenities like a safe deposit box, water kettle, and fridge. The breakfast spread is of high quality, with a variety of options including different juices, hot and cold food. The executive lounge provides a quiet space with food and drinks available.

The spa pool can get noisy and crowded, especially on Saturday afternoons, which can be a drawback for those seeking relaxation.

The hotel had great spa amenities like a pool, sauna, and steam room. I especially enjoyed the spa workers who were polite and welcoming. The location is a quick 20-minute walk to the main town as well. the breakfast had a lot of options and was quite delicious.

Not all staff spoke English very well which made communication difficult at times. , one day the mini bar attendant came early in the morning and was quite noisy which was a small inconvenience.

Lovely riverside location, large and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great WiFi, beautiful 11th-floor swimming pool with a view over the Danube.

The hotel provided an excellent luxurious experience for us. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The Spa & wellness centre was outstanding, with a variety of exclusive amenities such as sauna, Turkish bath, and massage that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The indoor swimming pool was heated to perfection, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant swim.

The only minor issue we encountered was the extra charge for the use of the outdoor swimming pool. We didn't expect to pay an additional fee for this facility after already paying a premium price for our stay.

We had an incredible stay at the Grand Hotel River Park, a luxury collection hotel. The rooms were extremely nice and the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The reception staff was excellent and very accommodating. The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best we have ever had, with a great selection of hot and cold food beautifully set out. The pool, whirlpool, and spa area were lovely, especially in the evening with the soft lights. The fitness room was also great. We also had a delicious dinner in the restaurant, with incredible food and great service from the staff. The location of the hotel was very convenient, just a 5-7 minute drive from all the attractions. The River Park area where the hotel is located is very fancy and highly recommended.
