Loved how pet-friendly this place is. The room was spacious with a refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, and a telephone. The beds were super comfy. The staff was so helpful, and the pool hours are great. Breakfast was nice but could use more options.

The pool feels like a lap swimming paradise. The staff helps you out with chargers and happily stores your bags.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired.

I appreciated the great location, making it easy to explore Nashville. The room was cozy, although it could benefit from brighter lighting. a comfortable experience that I'd consider revisiting.

Perfectly positioned for urban adventures and outdoor fun

I absolutely loved how easy it was to explore the city from this hotel, with downtown Nashville just a short drive away and plenty of great dining options like Ellendale's and Darfons Restaurant & Lounge within walking distance of only a few minutes; I found it perfect for those long strolls I enjoy, and it was very convenient that Percy Priest Lake and Elm Hill Recreation Area were only about 4 km away, making it great for some quick nature escapes. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, offering nice amenities like a pet-friendly stay, a hot breakfast, and an indoor pool, but some minor details in cleaning could be slightly improved.

My room was HUGE and so comfy! The heated indoor pool was perfect for a family swim. Plus, the breakfast spread was delicious and had something for everyone!

Great fit for a weekend vacation in Nashville with good value. Loved how clean the hotel was.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Early check-in was a pleasant surprise, and the room upgrade was much appreciated. My king bedroom resembled a modern studio—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed? Exceptionally cozy. Location offered easy access to downtown and free parking is a bonus. not everything was ideal. There were cleanliness issues in some areas, and the indoor pool could have benefitted from better maintenance. I encountered a lingering odor on one floor and stained furniture upon entry. For the price, my expectations were higher. While I can't overlook the flaws, the kindness of the staff and the room's comfort stood out. With improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.

The hotel shuttle's extra stop added time to getting to the airport but the accommodating staff, especially the front desk woman, made it worth it. No freezer in the minibar led to icy treats becoming cold soup, but the pet-friendly policy and helpful team at this Sonesta made the stay memorable. Despite some morning staff negativity and room issues, the late-night front desk clerk, Mrs Brooks, saved the day with a smile and quick room accommodations.

The bathroom was filthy with hair everywhere, and I couldn't even take a hot shower—run for 20 minutes, still cold! Plus, dealing with rude staff made it a hundred times worse. What a mess!

The resort has a free airport shuttle and a laundry room, which makes life easier. There’s a lovely indoor pool and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained.

It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but it offered good value.

The staff here were incredibly accommodating, lending chargers and bottle openers, and even switched our room when the first had an unpleasant odor and noise from the pool area. Breakfast was a treat, especially since they let me grab some after hours. Room size was great, though I wished for more mirrors and larger garbage cans. The heater was a challenge—one night it was freezing, the next sweltering. A laundry option was handy, but the noise insulation could use improvement. An enjoyable stay overall, with a few quirks that could be addressed.
