The hotel is conveniently located, quite close to the city center and the train station. It is also easily accessible by car, with a parking garage available. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a good variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing warm and attentive service. There is also a wellness area on the 10th floor, with a pool, jacuzzi, and saunas.

The capacity management of the wellness area could be improved, as it can get overcrowded at times, making it difficult to find available seating and enjoy the facilities comfortably.

Great hotel for a Christmas getaway! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the local nightlife. the swimming pool and spa were an added bonus, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring.

The food in the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing, lacking the warmth and freshness that one would expect from such a lovely hotel. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak meal times, which resulted in long wait times and a lack of attention to detail.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice sitting area and a great view from the window. I also appreciated the tea and coffee station in the room. The location was perfect, close to the city center and the river for a peaceful walk. The Thai massage I had at the wellness center was absolutely amazing. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The location, the service, and the amenities were all top-notch.
