I recently stayed at The Lodge for a quick weekend getaway. The attention to detail and unique touches, like the collection of old treadle sewing machines, added charm to the simple accommodations. The quality fittings and comfortable bed, along with nice linen, made for a cozy stay. The room was well heated and had good water pressure for the shower. The staff was friendly and I felt any issues would have been resolved quickly. a budget hotel with great amenities and a convenient location.

The Lodge offers a convenient location, situated opposite the Conference Centre and very close to the town centre. Guests have praised the beautiful rooms, with some even mentioning the comfortable beds and the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. The staff has been commended for their friendliness and helpfulness.

Some guests have mentioned that the car park is tight, which may cause difficulties for those with larger vehicles.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Harrogate for one night and had a very enjoyable experience. the location was excellent as it was within close walking distance from the town centre and directly opposite the Conference Centre. This made it very convenient for me to explore the area and attend my conference. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had some nice extra touches. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the en suite facilities. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good assortment of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't fault anything.

Rooms were chilly and needed maintenance, Wifi connection was unreliable, and the feather pillows had an unpleasant smell. the room cost was too high for the basic accommodations provided.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, being next to the Conference Centre and with convenient parking. the staff were very pleasant and helpful, always available when I needed them. the room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable king-size bed. the modern bathroom was a highlight, with a capacious shower and nice touches like herbal hand wash and body wash. the cleanliness of the room was also impressive.

The room felt a bit worn down and the door lock didn't feel very secure. the sink in the ensuite was too small and it was difficult to wash without soaking the floor.
