As passionate hikers, we loved the prime mountain location, ideal for starting beautiful hikes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The clean and comfortable room met our expectations, considering it's a mountain hotel.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the stunning mountain views from our balcony and the clean, updated interior of our room. The small refrigerator in the room was handy for snacks and drinks. The breakfast, for an additional 5 euros per person, was ample and delicious, with tasty eggs and coffee. The staff, especially Marek and Viktoria, were friendly and pleasant throughout the property. The dinner menu had a wide variety of options, and the food was above average, especially the BBQ ribs and cabbage soup. We felt safe with the doors locked at night to keep out bears.

Tried traditional Slovak and barbecued specialties on the terrace. Set in the highest level of protection in High Tatras National Park, so I felt like a protected species myself. Funicular runs every 30 minutes, perfect if you like waiting!

Walking to the hotel with heavy luggage was such a delightful workout, thanks for the unexpected fitness challenge!

I had a fantastic time at a traditional mountain hotel in a stunning location. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views. The restaurant served delicious food, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The surrounding nature was perfect for hiking and exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay.

Great location for hiking, right next to the Slavkovski Stit trail. the surroundings were beautiful, perfect for nature lovers. the room was warm and cozy, and the sauna was amazing. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there. a cute little hideaway in the mountains.

The rooms could have been cleaner, and it was sometimes a bit difficult to communicate with the staff in English. sharing a bathroom with other guests was a bit inconvenient, as there were issues with the locking system.
