I recently stayed at Hotel Tatra for three nights while exploring the beautiful old town of Bratislava. The staff was incredibly kind and allowed me to check in two hours early at no extra cost. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a great selection of teas provided. The hotel's location is perfect for both tourists and business travelers, as it is within walking distance of all the main sights. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of sweet and savory options, including traditional Slovak dishes. I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Tatra.

Felt like royalty, no complaints at all.

We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary champagne and strawberries waiting for us in our room upon arrival. It was a lovely touch that made us feel special. we enjoyed our stay at Tatra.

We stayed at Tatra and it offered excellent value for money. The suite was spacious with a wonderful city skyline view. The staff was responsive and helpful. The breakfast had a wide range of dishes. Convenient location close to old town.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including muesli, yogurt, different types of cheese and meat, and warm dishes as well. The hotel also has excellent facilities, such as a spa with affordable prices for services like sauna and massage.

The customer service provided by the staff could use improvement.

Great location, within walking distance of public transportation. Clean and comfortable room complete with shower gel, shampoo, and slippers. Breakfast had a good variety, including hot options. Spa services were reasonably priced and provided excellent service. a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right at the edge of the old town and next to the Presidential palace. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, and it was also central to other areas. The train station was not far, which was convenient for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was always spotless, and the towels were changed daily. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, attending to all our needs. The breakfast provided was excellent every morning, with a wide variety of choices.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful old town and its amazing restaurants and vibrant city life at night. There was even a fantastic Hookah bar right in front of the hotel, adding to the lively atmosphere. the hotel's proximity to the Presidential palace made it easy to find.

We had a pleasant stay at Tatra. The staff, especially Lukas, was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring the comfort of all guests. Our room on the 5th floor was spacious and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Despite being on a main road, the traffic noise was not bothersome. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the main area of the Old Town and not too far from the castle. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious, and our server, Daniel, provided excellent service. The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean.

We found this place to be conveniently located in the heart of the city, situated between the train station and the old town. We were delighted with the quality of customer service provided by the staff and the abundance of amenities that came with our stay. We particularly enjoyed the room service, housekeeping, laundry, and free Wi-Fi in rooms. We also benefited from the airport shuttle, tours/ticket assistance, ironing facilities, and in-room air conditioning.

In terms of the cons, we did experience some minor inconvenience when asking for towels. However, this did not take away from our positive experience and we would recommend this hotel to others.
