I recently stayed at a hostel and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. They gave me great suggestions for off-the-beaten-path places to visit. The hostel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the bar was always well-stocked. I could hire towels from reception for a small fee, and while they weren't very big, they served their purpose. The shared bathrooms had plenty of hot water and were kept clean. The shared kitchen area was also clean and well-equipped, with two fridge/freezers and two hobs. I chose to make my own breakfast, but there was also an option to have it cooked by the staff. The bedroom I stayed in was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. The location of the hostel was excellent, with convenient on-site parking. Additionally, the hostel provided wristbands that gave me discounts on water sports, zip lining, and some restaurants in town. it was a great and enjoyable stay.

Adventuring in the emerald clear water of the canyon, surrounded by stunning nature. Free wine and coffee to start the day. Fastest trail hike. Open-air museum. Peace, quiet, and breathtaking views. So much fun!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hostel in a convenient location. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, providing us with insider tips on off-the-beaten-path attractions. The hostel had a friendly atmosphere, and the well-stocked bar and terrace were great places to unwind after a day of activities. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the shared bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. The shared kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including two fridge/freezers and hobs.

The only downside was that the pillows were a bit thin, resulting in a slight stiff neck.

Soca Rocks provided a wonderful experience, particularly in terms of cleanliness. the private double room I stayed in had a shared bathroom, which was surprisingly clean. In many hostels, the bathrooms can be quite messy, but that was not the case here. the hostel also has a shared kitchen and a comfortable common area with a bar. the room itself was comfortable and even had a small balcony with a lovely view. they offer free parking for their guests and the staff were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for its excellent quality/price ratio.

The emerald clear water of Predelica calls out for swimming, jumping into pools, abseiling in the company of mighty waterfalls and exploring the hidden corners of the pristine nature of the Triglav National Park. The continuous sequence of jumps, slides and labyrinths along the 2.5-kilometer-long canyon ensures an unforgettable experience that I will surely remember for a long time. The last, but no less beautiful option for admiring nature's wonders is Velika Baba, which is located above the Lepena valley. The easy gorge, which provides real fun with simple jumps and slides is the warmest and easiest splash in the region. Also, there's a house bar, where I can enjoy a glass of wine or have a cup of great coffee to start my day.

Oh, how I loved bumping my head on the ceiling of the bunk beds, such a quaint experience. And let's talk about the thrill of searching for the one place to charge my phone.

Soca Rocks provided a clean and comfortable environment with friendly, accommodating staff. the beds were quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were one of the best I've seen in a hostel. There were multiple cooktop areas, including an outdoor kitchen, to prevent crowding. the staff, especially Geeva, were incredibly kind and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the surrounding mountains and offered a range of outdoor activities.

The facility was clean and well-maintained, and our room on the 4th floor had a stunning mountain view. The hostel's cosy bar downstairs was a nice touch. Additionally, the location was perfect, with the market and cafes nearby. We also appreciated the variety of activities offered, such as rafting, canoeing, and zip-lining. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, helpful staff, and great location made our stay enjoyable.

I was also able to easily pre-book my rafting experience before arriving at the hostel. The design of the hostel was modern and the terrace was the perfect spot to soak up some sun. I had no trouble finding a parking space, and the hostel even had plenty of storage space for my belongings. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

We had a fantastic stay here! The staff went above and beyond to help us when we were unable to travel back due to bad weather. They arranged transport and accommodation, and we can't thank them enough. The hostel was exceptionally clean, both the rooms and shared bathrooms. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and the common area had a friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to explore the valley. Free parking was available and the staff provided great local knowledge and advice. the hotel had excellent facilities and friendly staff.

We stayed at Hostel Soca Rocks for one night as a stopover during our trip. The property was incredibly clean and affordable, and the breakfast offered was excellent. The staff, especially Ana, went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The atmosphere at the hostel was incredible, and we even had the opportunity to play chess with some friendly locals. Additionally, the hostel organizes a variety of adventurous activities, such as rafting in the breathtaking Soca River. We wish we could have stayed longer to experience more.

The hostel was mind-blowingly clean, with proper bathrooms and spotlessly clean dorms. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to.

The common area outside was fantastic, especially the outdoor kitchen and the hammocks. We loved the vibrant and airy rooms, which were cleaned daily by the live-in volunteers. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about adventure sports and organizing activities for us. The location was great, close to the city center and a good starting point for exploring the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the nice bar with its great beer and coffee, and the reasonable prices. we had a fantastic experience!

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from our room and the cozy bar downstairs. the location was also convenient, with a market and cafes nearby. Plus, they offered a variety of activities such as rafting and zip-lining.

The common area closed at 10pm, which made it difficult to socialize outside of our rooms. the bathrooms could use better soap options.

We had a fantastic time at Soca Rocks! the bar/common area was a great place to hang out and meet new people. the outdoor terrace was perfect for enjoying breakfast with a beautiful mountain view. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hostel even organized activities. Although we didn't have time to join in, we spoke to others who did and they absolutely loved it. the atmosphere was relaxed and inclusive, and we met many wonderful people in the common area. the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We also appreciated the option to cook our own food, but still enjoyed the service of getting fresh local beer from the bar. it was a really great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
