I recently stayed at a hostel and had a fantastic experience. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. They gave me great suggestions for off-the-beaten-path places to visit. The hostel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the bar was always well-stocked. I could hire towels from reception for a small fee, and while they weren't very big, they served their purpose. The shared bathrooms had plenty of hot water and were kept clean. The shared kitchen area was also clean and well-equipped, with two fridge/freezers and two hobs. I chose to make my own breakfast, but there was also an option to have it cooked by the staff. The bedroom I stayed in was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. The location of the hostel was excellent, with convenient on-site parking. Additionally, the hostel provided wristbands that gave me discounts on water sports, zip lining, and some restaurants in town. it was a great and enjoyable stay.

The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, providing us with insider tips on off-the-beaten-path attractions. The hostel had a friendly atmosphere, and the well-stocked bar and terrace were great places to unwind after a day of activities. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the shared bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. The shared kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including two fridge/freezers and hobs.

The only downside was that the pillows were a bit thin, resulting in a slight stiff neck.

Soca Rocks provided a wonderful experience, particularly in terms of cleanliness. the private double room I stayed in had a shared bathroom, which was surprisingly clean. In many hostels, the bathrooms can be quite messy, but that was not the case here. the hostel also has a shared kitchen and a comfortable common area with a bar. the room itself was comfortable and even had a small balcony with a lovely view. they offer free parking for their guests and the staff were extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place for its excellent quality/price ratio.

The emerald clear water of Predelica calls out for swimming, jumping into pools, abseiling in the company of mighty waterfalls and exploring the hidden corners of the pristine nature of the Triglav National Park. The continuous sequence of jumps, slides and labyrinths along the 2.5-kilometer-long canyon ensures an unforgettable experience that I will surely remember for a long time. The last, but no less beautiful option for admiring nature's wonders is Velika Baba, which is located above the Lepena valley. The easy gorge, which provides real fun with simple jumps and slides is the warmest and easiest splash in the region. Also, there's a house bar, where I can enjoy a glass of wine or have a cup of great coffee to start my day.

Oh, how I loved bumping my head on the ceiling of the bunk beds, such a quaint experience. And let's talk about the thrill of searching for the one place to charge my phone.

My recent stay at a hostel in Bovec was amazing. Soca Rocks provided a clean and comfortable environment with friendly, accommodating staff. the beds were quiet and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities were one of the best I've seen in a hostel. There were multiple cooktop areas, including an outdoor kitchen, to prevent crowding. the staff, especially Geeva, were incredibly kind and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable about the surrounding mountains and offered a range of outdoor activities.
