The hotel had excellent 24-hour service and the staff were very helpful. They stored our bags when our room wasn't ready and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect for exploring the city, just steps away from all the main attractions. the buffet breakfast was a great start to the day, with a variety of options including eggs and bacon.

The rooms were a bit small, especially for a business trip. We booked a twin room but only had one bed, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had an awesome experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in central Madrid was perfect - we were able to easily explore all the attractions on foot. The hotel was situated in a really great location, close to everything you could need for a city break. Although it was in a side street, it was still very central to the main squares and other tourist attractions. The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel also had a good breakfast selection.

The hotel did have some noise issues at night which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Value for money was great, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the Metro and centrally located. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
