The location of this hotel is fantastic, being very close to the escalators that take you up to the main square and attractions. It is a stone's throw away from the heart of the gorgeous old city as well. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are nice with lovely views of the surroundings. They have basic amenities and the showers are great. Plus, the breakfast had a lot of choice and offered everything you need to fuel up for a day on the town.

The room was very clean and had a cozy, warm decor with wooden furnishings. The location was near the city center, just a 5-minute walk away. The staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful, providing us with an informative map of old Toledo. The breakfast offered a good variety of basic options like ham, salami, cheese, etc. The hotel was efficient and had a family-like environment.

This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the city. It is situated in the center and is easy to walk to everything. It is also reasonably close to all the important sites. The rooms are spacious, clean, and updated, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is wonderful, with a lovely shower and high-quality equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is available and is a very nice option for a small additional fee.

The furniture in the standard rooms could be improved.

Wonderful city to explore beyond a half day tour from Madrid. Great views of countryside due to hilltop location.

The weekend stay at the hotel in Toledo was not up to my expectations. However, the free breakfast offered was great, having a good range of food items. to the breakfast, the hotel housekeeping was also very impressive and well managed. the location was decent and the hotel interiors were designed in a pleasant way.

The room could not be darkened even during the night, leading to a lot of discomfort. the noise levels from inside the hotel were also high, making it difficult to get a peaceful sleep.

The room was huge and beautifully furnished, with a mezzanine for children. The views from our windows were breathtaking, overlooking the fort. The manageress recommended a fantastic fish restaurant nearby. The sumptuous breakfast had a great variety of options. Parking was conveniently available nearby.

Great value for money, fantastic location just outside the city wall at the entrance of the historic centre, staff is wonderful and basic amenities are provided. Rooms are clean and have vintage design, with some boasting stunning views over the city. Plus, the breakfast is included in the rate, which is always a bonus.
