This hotel is in a prime location, close to many attractions. It is just a short walk from Moyua square, a major metro station, and the famous Guggenheim museum. The rooms are clean, quiet, and a good size. The staff, although not overly friendly, were generally helpful when spoken to in Castellano.

The reception staff appeared somewhat grumpy and not exactly brimming with friendliness.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of museums, restaurants, and shopping. Our room was well-appointed and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of good quality. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Abando! the room was spacious, with room darkening curtains that we loved. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who seemed to head up reception during the day. the location was fantastic, just a block from Ledesma street and three blocks from the RENFE train station. a great experience!

We loved staying at this hotel! It's located in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore the area. The hotel is situated in a quiet and secure neighborhood, but there's a vibrant street nearby where we found fantastic dining and nightlife options. The staff was fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even offered us a welcome drink upon our arrival. The rooms were equipped with all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, coffee and tea, and an in-room safe. There was also a sauna and steam room available, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

This hotel is highly recommended for families because it's centrally located and offers many amenities, but you might want to consider requesting a larger room if you're traveling with children.

We had a wonderful stay at Abando hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Gran Via shopping street and the vibrant Ledesma Musikariaren street filled with bars and tapas restaurants. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a restful night's sleep. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, and we highly recommend trying out the local brewery Basquery, which is just a short distance away. a great choice for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The room was clean and well maintained. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance to various attractions. - the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The wifi was unreliable and the internet speed was inconsistent. The soundproofing of the rooms was poor, as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the building renovation was disruptive.

The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering bag storage and arranging transportation to the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Casco Viejo, the Guggenheim, and the city center.

Felt like a home away from home, with no reason to complain.
