The location of Ac Hotel by Marriott was perfect for exploring Toledo. The bus stop right next to the hotel made it convenient to reach the city center. Plus, the views from the hotel overlooking the valley were stunning.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the steps and pathway leading to the hotel needing some maintenance, overall, my stay at Ac Hotel by Marriott was enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is convenient, although not close to walking restaurants or shops. It is just a 4-minute walk to a restaurant and also within walking distance to the Alcantara bridge and the old footbridge, which provide access to the old city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice big comfy beds. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh bread, rolls, croissants, yoghurts, juice. The hotel also has a magnificent courtyard and was built on ancient Roman ruins that can be seen through a glass floor.

There is no outside seating at the hotel, so guests miss the opportunity to relax outside.

Miscommunication about the availability of food options, causing inconvenience in our plans. The hotel did not meet expectations of being a Marriott hotel, with a malfunctioning air conditioner, lack of English channels on the TV, and inadequate bathroom ventilation.
