The location was perfect for us, close to shopping and within walking distance to the beach. We loved being near the lake and everything was conveniently located. The breakfast provided was satisfying and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. The location was unbeatable, just a few blocks from all the major attractions. And even though it was located near the hustle and bustle, the room was still quiet and peaceful. The size of the room was also a pleasant surprise, offering plenty of space for our comfort. Plus, the staff provided exceptional customer service, from the friendly valet attendant to the attentive room attendant. It made our stay even more enjoyable.

While the front desk was good, it did seem a bit understaffed at times, causing some delays. Additionally, there was a draft coming from one of the bedroom windows, which disrupted the otherwise cozy atmosphere.

Location of this hotel is superb; you can easily reach the Lake Michigan waterfront for a morning stroll or water activities. The main events on the lake are just a short walk away. Don't miss the chance to dine at La Locanda restaurant while staying here.

Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and just a short walk to the beach.

We also appreciated the delicious breakfast options and the fact that the doors were secured late at night for added safety. our experience at Sonesta was beyond our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Although our stay was fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The elevators could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, as one of them broke down on Saturday.
