We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was first-class, and the courtyards were beautifully decorated, creating a wonderful ambiance. The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of all the sights, shopping, and restaurants in the old part of the city. We found an excellent café nearby for breakfast and even a laundromat for our laundry needs.

The hotel's central courtyard is stunning and adds to the overall beauty of the place. The rooms at the back have character and are well equipped. The staff is efficient and obliging, making our stay enjoyable. We particularly appreciate the helpfulness of the front desk staff and their great advice on things to do and see. The hotel's location is perfect as a base for exploring Granada, including walking to the Alhambra. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the old quarter and the Albaicin neighborhood. We enjoyed walks to the cathedral and Plaza Bibrambla, which were just a short distance away. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful central courtyard where we had breakfast and drinks. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate us. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we found it very comfortable.

Rooms in the hotel were noisy, especially during events held nearby, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Lack of turn-down service and limited lighting options in the rooms.
