The hotel itself was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. The rooms felt luxurious, with comfortable and firm beds, crisp linens, and cozy pillows. The bathroom was large and the walk-in shower was amazing.

Felt more than at home, no complaint.

The hotel was conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to navigate around the Triad area. The modern amenities and cleanliness of the room were also impressive. the hotel staff was accommodating by allowing us to check-in early, which was much appreciated during our Thanksgiving travels.

The noise level in the morning was a bit disruptive as housekeepers were vacuuming loudly and yelling to each other across the hallway. They also attempted to enter our room repeatedly before check-out time, which was inconvenient and disrupted our rest.

The stay at Springhill Suites was great! The spacious rooms were perfect for the two of us, and we especially loved the firm bed and pillow that provided much-needed relief for our neck and shoulder pain. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and safe stay.
