The location of the hotel is great, as it is in a quiet area and opposite a large shopping centre with restaurants. It is also close to an underground train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern fixtures and furnishings. The staff at the reception desk are pleasant and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, there are unexpected amenities in the bathroom, such as large bath towels and shaving and toothbrush kits.

The breakfast options at the hotel leave a lot to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at Ac Hotel Som. The staff, especially Irene, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She assisted us with restaurant recommendations and solved any issues we had. The location was excellent with easy access to buses and the metro. The nearby shopping mall was a plus, and it even had familiar North American fast food options like KFC and Burgerking. The room was nice, with comfortable Marriott-grade beds. considering the value and location, I would definitely stay at Ac Hotel Som again.

The hotel’s facilities were basic and lacked some amenities such as conditioner and lotion in the toiletries. the hotel was situated a bit far away from the city center, but taxis were easily available to get around.

The staff at Ac Hotel Som By Marriott were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even resolving a disagreement with a taxi driver. The breakfast was delicious, with attentive wait staff always ready to provide fresh coffee. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra space to set up a mini workstation. The hotel's location, although not in the center, was close to a metro station and bus lines, making it easy to explore the city.
