During my recent stay at Papillo Hotels & Resorts Roma, I was impressed by the wide and pleasant hallway leading to the rooms. The wood-paneled rooms gave off a charming and attractive vibe, and the curtains and window coverings were nicely done. I also appreciated that the air conditioning worked well and wasn't too noisy. Additionally, there were no signs of insects in the room, which was a relief.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as worn and stained carpets, dirty windows, and limited amenities like no hot water kettle or iron, overall, I had a decent experience at the hotel. The staff was helpful, especially Valentina who offered us some breakfast for our early departure, and the hotel itself was relatively quiet.
