Despite some shortcomings in the food quality and service standards, the cleanliness of the rooms, pools, and beaches was commendable. Improvements could be made in terms of the food variety and service friendliness to enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel staff, including Mr Ahmed Barkat, were friendly, kind, and helpful, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the location of the hotel is superb, with a long stretch of sandy beach and man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. the beachfront area is delightful, offering sun loungers, umbrellas, and a picturesque view. the hotel’s buffet-style dinners were exceptional, offering a variety of options that cater to different tastes. the housekeeping service was top-notch, ensuring rooms were always neat and tidy. the staff at the bars and restaurants were welcoming and attentive, making dining experiences enjoyable.

One aspect that could be improved is the availability of vegetarian options, as they seemed limited in nutritional value. the hotel could consider enhancing the spa services to provide a more relaxing and professional experience for guests.

Definitely the best place in hurghada, with top-notch staff like Mahmoud El Masry at reception and amazing food variety at dining spots. The infinity pools, beach access, and nightly entertainment are perfect for chilling, and the spa and massage options are spot on for relaxation. Just a small suggestion for the rooms - a tad more privacy on the balconies would be nice; otherwise, all's superb! 🌴

I absolutely loved the resort's architecture, marina, and excellent service. The food was good with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed both buffet and a la carte options. The relaxation facilities like the spa, swimming pools, and beach access were fantastic, while the nearby landmarks added to our family bonding experience, especially the Jungle Aqua Park and Planet Spa at Baron Palace Resort Sahl Hasheesh.

Despite some small issues with the food variety and parking, the breathtaking sea views, spacious rooms, and friendly staff at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh made my stay truly enjoyable. The wifi was reliable, and the terrace added a lovely touch to the experience. Will recommend to others!

the hotel is spotless and close to mahmoud from cairo. the sea is great for snorkeling and diving, and the luxurious rooms provide stunning views. the kitchen staff serves delicious food.

The resort, with its exceptional architecture, provided a unique holiday experience with a private beach extending 1.6 km long. Picture this - basking in the sun on the softest sand, stretched along the shoreline for kilometers, as if nature itself created a personal haven.

Keycard access issues.

we had an incredible time at the citadel. the architecture was stunning, with an infinity pool and multiple jacuzzis. the private beaches were serene, perfect for a relaxing holiday with our newborn. amazing entertainment, lovely staff, and easy access around the resort with a pram. ice creams and mocktails were delightful, creating a chill atmosphere for us to enjoy. overall, a truly memorable experience.

Awesome views of Tiran Island, and the snorkeling was LIT! Plenty of activities for the young party-goer in us, and the vibe was super chill. The Albatros Palace Resort was EPIC with its beach oasis and endless activities. Jungle Aqua Park? A blast with tons of choices! And Albatros Aqua Park had the SICKEST waterslides and views!

But hey, we would've loved even more party vibes for us young folks. Keep the fun rolling for us night owls!

The Pickalbatros Citadel Resort Sahl Hasheesh exceeded my expectations with its stunning architecture and pristine private beach. The room I stayed in was very clean and had an amazing sea view, providing a perfect retreat. the resort's location near the airport and attractions like Tiran Island made it convenient for exploring the Red Sea's beauty.

The food at the resort was below expectations, not quite living up to the anticipated delightful affair mentioned in the database. However, this was a minor downside compared to the overall exceptional experience.

This spot feels like a second home. The staff's kindness to my elderly parents left a lasting impression. The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor pool, fitness studio, beach access, airport shuttle. I'm already planning to return for Christmas.

Pickalbatros is a beautifully designed hotel with its own marina and stunning beach. the variety of pools, beach areas, bars, and restaurants offer plenty of relaxation options. Spacious rooms with sea views and enjoyable breakfast.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite because it seamlessly blends five-star luxury with the ultimate business facilities and personal service. The modern accommodation and leisure options perfectly complemented our work needs, providing a seamless experience.

The one service I missed for my work was a more extensive range of business facilities, particularly a larger business center with more private meeting spaces.
