I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located not far from the port of Andratx. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the view from the room was stunning. The hotel also had a nice pool area and a bar. the hotel was close to the town center, where most of the restaurants are, making it easy to explore the area.

I was disappointed to find that the spa was fully booked during my stay.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and providing tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The dining options were also outstanding, with a buffet breakfast and a delicious dinner menu. The hotel also boasts a spa and wellness center, complete with a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, perfect for ultimate relaxation. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The staff who checked us in were very helpful and friendly. The rooms exceeded our expectations - they were clean, modern, and very well located with a good view over the pool area. The pool was lovely and excellent for both small children and adults. Having a room with two bedrooms was ideal for our family, allowing our child to have her own space. The hotel also had a good gym and a large parking area. The location was near to the lovely port and had easy access to transportation, making it perfect for family holidays and nice hiking.

The staff, especially Trinidad, are very friendly and efficient, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Great view of the bay and surrounding hills. the pool area was clean and well-maintained. the staff were friendly. It was nice to have a shuttle service to get around.

The cost of the shuttle service was a rip-off. the entertainment in the evenings was really poor.

One minor issue was that the check-out hours were not 24, so we had to settle our bill the day before our departure. Additionally, the key cards tended to fail frequently, requiring a trip to reception to get them re-done.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great. The hotel pool and facilities were perfect for families with kids. it was a great base for a holiday.
