the apartment surpassed our expectations. it was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and close to major tourist sights. the staff, especially christian, were friendly and helpful.

We got excellent value for our money at Arenal Suites Puerta Del Sol. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for exploring all the famous sites in Madrid, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Menu for breakfast could have been more varied and appealing.

Pros" of our stay at this hotel include the delicious selection of dishes available at the on-site Italian restaurant. We indulged in a mouthwatering board of Italian cold meats and cheeses, mini prosciutto and spinach pizzas, and mozzarella sticks with Bocanegra sauce. The flavors were as delightful as a romantic evening with your partner or a fun night with friends, and the food was like a work of art that left us craving for more.

Noise from rubbish collection.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had a very modern look. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the bed was incredibly comfortable and despite being in a busy area, there was minimal noise from outside. the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I will definitely be returning to Arenal Suites in the future.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. It is right in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian street just off the famous Puerta del Sol. There is also a supermarket conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it easy to stock up on supplies. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern decor and well-equipped kitchens. The service provided by the staff is also excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members.

There was a slight downside during our stay. The entrance to the building was quite dark and could be improved.

I had a fabulous stay at this centrally located apartment. The modern and nicely decorated interior created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt safe and well taken care of during my visit. The abundance of storage space made it easy to keep my belongings organized, and having a grocery store nearby was convenient for any supplies I needed. Despite being located on a pedestrian street, the lack of traffic noise allowed for a peaceful night's sleep.

While the main floor area appeared clean, I did notice that my feet would get unexpectedly dirty when walking barefoot at night. Additionally, being next to a busy street resulted in some noise disturbance from outside.
