We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in a quiet neighborhood a bit outside of the busy city center was perfect for a peaceful stay. The transportation was convenient with easy access to the metro and airport shuttle. The receptionists Clara and Nuria greeted us with the nicest smile and informed us about the free access to the guests lounge with free snacks and drinks. The breakfast offered a great variety of tasty and healthy food options. The staff, especially Clara and her colleague Simona, were efficient, lovely, and soft-spoken.

The room wasn't as clean as we had hoped, and the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. the selection at the Honesty Bar was lacking, which was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to making our own cocktails.

Despite being a bit outside of the busy areas, we had easy access to anywhere in Madrid through the nearby bus stop. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, allowing us to have a late check-out without any issues.
