This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar/lounge area. The staff helped me with a late check out during my first stay. Highly recommend trying the cocktails! I'm coming back for Xmas.

The rooms could really use better soundproofing — street noise is disruptive!!! Also, the bathroom door designs need a rethink for privacy, and don't even get me started on the over firm beds!!!

Check-in can be a hassle during busy times, leaving you feeling rushed. also, the breakfast at steep prices doesn’t quite match the value of local cafes nearby.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a delightful scent that lingered throughout the hotel. The breakfast was such a treat! Fresh orange juice and made-to-order eggs were a highlight, and the friendly staff made every interaction pleasant.

However, the noise from the bustling street was a bit distracting, especially at night. Also, parking was a bit tricky to navigate. Despite that, the charm of the place made up for these small inconveniences.

Really enjoyed my stay! The double room was spacious, and I loved relaxing in the bar/lounge area with a nice drink. The special diet menus were a hit, too! One thing tho, the beds felt a bit too firm for my liking, and I woke up a bit sore. Still, the cinema-themed decor made it all worth it.

It was just a fine choice for a date night in San Sebastian with fantastic value for money. The staff was incredibly helpful and even recommended a scenic route to the beach that was a pleasant walk.

The hotel had super chill spots for relaxation, including a cozy lounge area and a lovely bar. Just watch out for the slippery shower floor. bringing a towel for grip worked for us! 😄

We enjoyed a lovely stay with my girlfriend and found the bus stop right outside super convenient for reaching the old town. Plaza Easo was a gem, perfect for grabbing a drink on the terrace and relaxing before biking around. Breakfast was delicious and worth it!

My wife says that a gym open earlier would be ideal.

The twin room was impressively spacious and spotlessly clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The bathroom was exceptional with a fog-proof mirror, a thoughtful touch that made morning routines easier. Public transportation directly across the street made reaching nearby attractions convenient. Breakfast was delightful, and the availability of baby back ribs in the nearby restaurants added a tasty highlight to our dining experience.

The twin room was super comfy and made our three-night stay really enjoyable. We loved unwinding in the lounge areas and watching movies in our downtime, what a nice touch! Just a heads up, the parking was a bit tricky at times, but that didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

the hotel had a lovely bar area and provided tours/ticket assistance, which made exploring the neighborhood easier. housekeeping was impeccable, and breakfast featured excellent coffee and local ingredients (so good! ).
