This place is great! It has a fantastic location not far from the central shopping area, which means it's perfect for exploring the city. The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was lovely and had all the amenities I could want, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and free wi-fi.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Malmaison Hotel in Leeds for a weekend getaway. The rooms were lovely, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel foyer was beautifully decorated, and the facilities were excellent. I appreciated the discounted parking at a nearby car park and the convenient location near Trinity and the city centre. There was even a fantastic Thai restaurant just across the road, along with a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly liked having a Nespresso machine in the room, and when I discovered the broken hairdryer, a new one was promptly supplied. my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast, especially the eggs benedict, was outstanding. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated and maintained, with clean rooms and great fixtures.

We loved the location of this hotel, situated in an ideal spot very close to the shops. The decor and furnishings were beautiful, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The staff at breakfast were incredibly polite and helpful, and the food was of great quality. The room was clean and well kept, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower. The water pressure and temperature control were exceptional. The breakfast included in our rate was superb, offering a range of options from continental to cooked breakfasts.

Although charging an additional £2 for the cooked breakfast seemed unnecessary, it was the only additional item on our bill. The staff at this venue were very attentive and friendly, constantly going above and beyond to accommodate us.

Efficient check-in and very pleasant room. When the hairdryer broke, it was replaced within 10 minutes. Lovely bar with excellent cocktails. Stayed at the back for a peaceful night's sleep.

I had a great Thanksgiving stay! the hotel surprised me with complimentary chocolates and a welcome drink upon arrival. the location is unbeatable with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I also loved the cozy and chic decor of the room, it made me feel right at home.

The room at the front of the hotel was incredibly noisy, with rowdy drunks and cars playing loud music until the early hours. the windows were not double glazed and the curtains did not draw properly, allowing light to come in.
