We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff at Bahia Principe Sunlight San Felipe were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially when it came to accommodating people with special needs. the location of the hotel is excellent, with breathtaking sea views from our balcony and a beautiful garden surrounding the pool. There's also a well-equipped shop in the lobby in case you forget anything. the cleaning services were top-notch, and the personnel were polite and quick to assist with any problems. We were also impressed by the wide range of food options available in the buffet restaurant, and the helpfulness of the reception staff. a wonderful experience!

The staff were incredibly friendly, especially towards children. the check-in process was relaxed and we were welcomed with refreshing arrival drinks. the highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. It was unlike anything we've ever seen before, with a wide variety of delicious options from both local and international cuisines. the food at all other times was also of a very high standard, always fresh and a perfect mix of flavors. We will definitely be returning!

We had a perfect stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach and close to the town. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping is impeccable, ensuring that the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception desk provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities in the room were impressive, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony with garden furniture. We also appreciated the in-room safe and hairdryer provided. The restaurant and bar area had a wide variety of dining options, including a buffet breakfast and special diet menus. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The hotel's location is perfect, being right by the beach and close to the town. We enjoyed the stunning view from our room, which had a double aspect balcony providing both sun and shade. The rooms were spacious and clean, with the cleaners doing an exceptional job. The buffet restaurant served a wide variety of delicious food for breakfast, with a lovely treat of sparkling wine and the option to mix your own Bloody Mary's.

Some of the male waiting staff were far from hospitable, lacking a smile and being rather curt.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a spacious room, comfy bed, and a great shower. The location was perfect, with beautiful landscaped gardens and a pool area. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, from the hardworking cleaners to the professional reception team.

The breakfast option could have been better, as the toasters they had were a bit of a disaster and took several passes to get any effect.

The view from the balcony was stunning and the room was very clean. the location was convenient and close to the beach, which made it easy to explore the area.

The food was not great with very limited options and the quality could be improved. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, which made the overall experience disappointing.
