Bad odor on the third floor, but clean room.

Room cleanliness issues are apparent!!! Unpleasant odors linger in hallways and rooms!!! Elevators are old and slow!!! Management should work on timely maintenance and attention to residence needs!!! Housekeeping could be more consistent!!!

Comfortable bed, convenient location, the free airport shuttle made my arrival hassle-free and the 24-hour reception was helpful during my late check-in.

The shuttle from the airport was actually on time which was a relief after a long trip. Had a decent dinner in my room with a good table and chairs to sit and feel like home while I worked and watched tv.

It wasn’t the most affordable option but was still acceptable.

not to mention, when i asked for a simple room upgrade after all of this, i was met with blank stares, it would’ve been nice to be accommodated, at least a little. i almost wrote a nice review but just couldn’t.

We appreciate the proximity of the hotel to the airport, making shuttle transportation very convenient. The room is spacious, allowing for easy movement, which is a huge plus for guests with disabilities. The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring our requests were met promptly.

Unfortunately, the shuttle service communication could improve for better organization.

Elevator issues made accessing my room frustrating.

the shuttle service was a complete joke—waited over an hour just for a ride! when I finally arrived, my room was so depressing, I almost cried. also, I can't believe no one offered any kind of upgrade or complimentary gesture for my troubles. I could have written a glowing review, but I just couldn't.

Consider asking for a room on a lower floor if you prefer easier access during busy stays. long waits for the elevator can be frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting Disney World and loved the breakfast every morning! The location was perfect for exploring Orlando's attractions and even heading to the beach.

In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly activities would enhance the experience.
