I stayed at Barcelo for a short vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Guggenheim Museum and the old Bilbao area. The room had a mini frig, which was a nice addition. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a good variety of hot and cold food, juices, cheeses, breads, and fruit. The staff in the restaurant was attentive and courteous.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an amazing city and had a comfortable stay. The check-in process was fast and friendly, and the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the river and a short walk from the old town and the famous Guggenheim Museum. The room I stayed in was stylish and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel lobby had a refreshing lemon-infused water that was perfect after a day of exploring the city. Located next to a metal emergency staircase on the riverside, this hotel offers a great location close to the Guggenheim and most attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with huge beds. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the bathroom, although open, is cool and spacious. The breakfast offers a lot of choice and the staff is friendly and efficient.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The complementary chocolates and beverages in the room were a nice touch, and the indoor pool and sauna were relaxing. The hotel was located near an important transportation hub and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants, so we didn't have to drive far for anything. The fact that the hotel had a late check-out option was also helpful.

The Christmas decor felt outdated and almost tacky, with garish colors and over-the-top displays. The staff didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about their jobs and didn't go out of their way to help when we had questions.
