Spacious room, modern bathroom, with an impressive breakfast spread including fresh pastries and made-to-order eggs that ensured we started each day right. plus, the convenient access to the metro station right outside made exploring the surrounding area a breeze, even with the airport just 25 km away making our journey smooth.

The hair dryer in the room didn't work, and despite multiple calls to reception, no replacement was provided swiftly.

absolutely terrible! i expected an upgrade but got a view of an office block instead. they didn’t provide water for my thirsty self on the 8th floor. and can we talk about that shallow pool opening so late? almost gave a good review, but i just couldn't, 6/10 for all the inconvenience.

this hotel was just amazin! room was super modern and comfy. They had loads of nice products to use. breakfast was bomb too, always fresh and tasty even at the end of service. staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. great location, really close to the metro and some awesome parks and views!

but the pool was kinda small and felt slippery, and it took forever to figure out the lifts.

Our room was fabulous with a massive, comfy bed and a gorgeous bath. Plus, the location was spot on for all the must-see sights and bustling food spots nearby. Super convenient!

The check-in desk should consider issuing glasses, as their currency conversion fees left me dizzy! If only navigating the lifts took less time than finding my lost change!

But the elevators were a comedy of errors, and I really didn't want a view of a brick wall. It's like they did a bet, how many walls can we fit in one room?

I had a fantastic stay with the best hotel breakfast ever and a super comfortable deluxe room, although the privacy issue in the toilet was a bit awkward. Would stay again!
