estelar alto prado was great! the outdoor pool had a nice view and was a lovely spot to relax. it’s located in a safe neighborhood with a supermarket and shopping center nearby. Service stood out too. nielson at the pool went above and beyond to help me, making my stay even better.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Country Club and within walking distance to a vibrant local shopping area. The breakfast is exceptional, offering a delightful variety each morning, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and lounge areas, are well-maintained and inviting. The staff is incredibly attentive and ready to assist with any requests.

The check-in process could be a bit slow during peak hours.

The staff at the reception were incredible , always helping me with my requests and making me feel like a VIP. One morning , the breakfast blew me away. it was honestly the best I've had in ages , a feast fit for a king.

Not exactly dirt cheap, but you know what, worth it for the experience.

For a quieter stay, consider choosing a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise and enjoy the views of the city.

Service was top-notch! Nielson at the pool was so helpful, always checkin’ in on me. One day, I forgot my bag with money and ID, and Mr Serrano from security called me to return it. Bless his heart! Y’all, the food was a delight too, real tasty. Could just use a bit more light in the rooms!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Carnaval parade route, making it easy to enjoy the festivities. A shopping mall is just a few blocks away, and there's a supermarket directly across the street. The facilities were fantastic, and the breakfast blew me away—definitely the best I've had in a while!

The DJ by the pool could be a bit disruptive, especially if you need to work or rest.

The location is vibrant, full of dining options, though the music by the pool could be distracting at times.
