Our stay at this 5-star hotel was worth every penny. The room was absolutely lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location, right on the canal and just 9 minutes from Dam Square, was perfect. The staff were all professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities and the skillful service at the bar.

The breakfast could have been improved with more options.

The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection of wines to choose from. the atmosphere was also incredible, with a beautiful view of the canals. the staff provided impeccable service and made sure we had everything we needed.

There were some issues with the room. the air conditioning was difficult to control, resulting in either being too cold or too hot during the night.

I had the best stay at this hotel! Upgraded to a premium river view room with a balcony, and it was so comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bathroom was excellent as well. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and I was impressed with the good air flow in the room. I also enjoyed drinks at Freddy's bar, where they serve fantastic cocktails in a great atmosphere. And let me tell you, the food at the Two Michelin Stars restaurant was absolutely amazing! Every dish looked and tasted incredible. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel in a popular tourist area allows guests to easily access attractions and landmarks. The luxurious seats in the multiplex theater provide a wonderful sense of relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with crisp, clean linens and marble bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing quick responses to any requests. the breakfast served in the room is delicious, and the view from the window over the canal is exceptional.

One small inconvenience was a misunderstanding of the situation regarding the closing time of the bar, which resulted in the staff refusing to serve guests even though they were staying at the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The spa was absolutely incredible and we couldn't get enough of it. The rooms and suites were beautifully decorated and maintained, with a perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. The bistro had delicious food and the staff were incredibly attentive to even the smallest details. The hotel's location was prime, with many restaurants within walking distance. this hotel exceeded all expectations and I can't wait to come back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were recently renovated and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini bar and coffee service. The bell staff and concierge were extremely attentive and helpful in guiding us around the city. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the Brasserie restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Great staff, beautiful room with clock tower view. Excellent breakfast with diverse menu. The hotel's character and comfy beds add to a super central location. The concierge service is top-notch.

The location is amazing, right in the old center of the city, on a major canal in the heart of the old canal district. We were pleasantly surprised to see we had been upgraded to a junior suite with a view of the Amstel river. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely terrace to have a drink and a spa that was clean, smart, and not busy. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the concierge who quickly printed us tickets for the Van Gogh museum to the reception staff who made us feel welcome.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the main attractions. It is close to the train station and right by the small flower market on the Singel. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are large with all the necessary amenities. The staff is exceptional and provides a high level of service. The breakfast in the restaurant next to the canal is great, and the view from the rooms is stunning.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the electric system in the sleeping rooms, causing inconvenience with the lights.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to popular attractions and shopping. the staff was kind enough to offer complementary fruits and beverages upon arrival. the room was neat and tidy with a comfortable bed and nice view of the surroundings.

Although the menu looked great, it was extremely overpriced, which made the experience not worth it. the walls of the room were quite thin, making it difficult to sleep with the noise from the adjacent room.
