Great location, comfy stay

Loved this spot! The suite was super cozy, and the breakfast had a great variety, especially those cinnamon buns! Free parking and easy access to the beach were also a big plus. Just a bit noisy outside with traffic and garbage trucks early in the morning. Water wasn’t great either, but staff were friendly and helpful.

Holiday Inn Express St Augustine - Vilano Beach, An Ihg was exceptional! the welcoming staff allowed us early access to the indoor pool and provided beach chairs. the delicious breakfast with fresh muffins was a delightful touch. the owner's presence ensuring top-notch service was impressive.

Pool cleanliness could improve. Parking spaces are too small.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the staff were incredible - they were friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the breakfast was delightful, with well-prepared food and a spotless dining area. The little to-go bag provided was a nice touch. Lastly, the location was great, as it was close to everything and not too far from historic downtown.

The complimentary breakfast had a great selection and the cinnamon rolls were amazing! the hotel's location was perfect for the beach and parking was included. the indoor heated pool was a nice bonus and felt like a hot tub.

The cleaners were hard to catch and didn't clean regularly. there was supposed to be a tumble dryer in the room but it wasn't there.

We were celebrating our 39th anniversary and Holiday Inn Express St. Augustine - Vilano Beach made it extra special. The staff greeted us with warm wishes, and we found a personalized anniversary card and sparkling wine in our room. Breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of hot and cold food, and the staff made us feel welcome every morning. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the beach, and the room had a balcony with an ocean view. The comfortable beds and excellent AC ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location was perfect, close enough for a 10-15 min drive to the historic town. Beautiful during Christmas time with the places lit up. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The buffet area was clean and had coffee/tea/hot chocolate available. The room was spacious with a balcony and comfortable beds. Lots of parking and a supermarket conveniently located next door.
