During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. the location was also fantastic, with key attractions and public transportation within easy reach. we loved the fact that the rooms were cleaned daily and the bedding was changed, ensuring a comfortable and fresh stay.

the noise from the surrounding area was quite disruptive, especially at night. the front desk staff were not as helpful as we would have hoped, as they struggled to provide basic information and recommendations.

The location here is amazing as it's right next to the Metro station and there are plenty of dining options in this downtown area. Additionally, the staff couldn't have been better, providing great service from check-in to check-out. The amenities were also great, with a lovely pool, sun terrace, and well-equipped fitness studio.

I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends who are looking for an excellent stay, great service, and an amazing location.

As a light sleeper, I loved the quiet back-facing room and spaciousness. The staff went above and beyond, especially Danny at the restaurant and bar. The location was perfect with plenty to do and see within walking distance.
