After a long day of hiking on the AT, my friend and I arrived at Barefoot Hills Hotel. The staff was friendly and showed us to our cozy cabin. We loved the amenities, like the comfortable bed, cozy fire pit, and hammock outside our cabin. The hotel had great internet, and everything was clean and new, from the sheets to the towels. it was a great stay and we would definitely go back!

The location of the hotel was unique and quiet, making it a great choice if you're interested in visiting the nearby wineries, such as Wolf Mountain. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better.

The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Our deluxe eco cabin was a dream, clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the mountains. the swing for two and fire pit outside the cabin were delightful additions. Despite the rain, we had a fantastic time spending quality moments together. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the town of Dahlonega, just a short easy drive away, was very convenient.

The entrance to the hotel was quite steep, although it was manageable if you took it slow. Additionally, there were some issues with the staff not being helpful and not returning calls.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains and offering great views. The breakfast selection had lots of options and the lady in the office was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Additionally, the location is just a few minutes away from the downtown area, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are beautifully decorated, especially during the Christmas season, adding a festive touch to the stay. The staff is professional and polite, catering to any needs or requests promptly. The breakfast served in the main lodge building is a wonderful start to the day, and the fact that it is just a few steps from the cabin door is so convenient.

Enjoyed our romantic stay with the gorgeous scenery and cozy atmosphere. the coffee and breakfast served were complementary and tasty. the location was perfect as it was close to downtown and wineries to try new wines. we appreciated the peace and quiet that comes with being away from the city.

The bed was a bit too firm for our preference, causing us to wake up feeling sore. We didn't try the food options, so we can't provide an opinion on that.

Delicious limited complimentary breakfast or for purchase at convenient times. Located near mountains and close to several vineyards like Wolf Mountain - definitely worth the drive.

Despite missing breakfast, the kind staff made up for it by refunding my money. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing getaway.
