I was initially disappointed when my dinner was eaten by someone else, but the receptionist was extremely apologetic and arranged a complimentary lunch for us. The cleaning staff did a good job and the hotel was in a great location, away from the nightlife but close to the beautiful beach. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location near main area and beaches, clean and modern hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast with fresh fruit and homemade eggs, pool area is clean and spacious with plenty of loungers, activities and entertainment offered throughout the day, cheap bar with free paella.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a romantic escape, and its location was fantastic! The rooms were also very clean and tidy, which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful as well which added to the experience. Another great thing about this hotel was that the pool area was spacious with plenty of sun beds, perfect for relaxation.

We had a few issues during our stay. The dining room was very noisy and uncomfortable due to chairs and tables being moved on the tiled floors. Additionally, the bar staff was very rude towards us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were also disappointed with the lack of English entertainment and the Russian TV channels propaganda we couldn't understand.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We were surrounded by great restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the local nightlife. We also appreciated the convenience of services like car and bicycle hire, which made it easy to get around and explore the area.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone. It provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced quality services.

Stayed at Hotel Best and had an amazing experience. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the hotel itself is modern and spacious with great facilities, including a playing area and evening entertainment shows. the staff is friendly and multilingual, with special thanks to Mary, Ann-Marie, and Teo for their professionalism and helpfulness. the restaurant offers a wide range of fresh and delicious food, with free champagne for breakfast. the cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the marina and downtown area of this city. We loved being able to explore the local area and found lots of inexpensive restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always accommodating our requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with the pool being very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom had a nice smell of soap and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
