the ambiance was relaxing and the architectural design was notable. the staff members were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. the hotel had a beautiful patio with heaters and rugs, allowing guests to enjoy the surroundings even in the winter. Although the coffee was a little cold, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. With an ideal location for driving and a short walk to the old city, this hotel is a wonderful place to spend the weekend.

We had a great value for our money at Hacienda Del Cardenal. The room was comfy and the air conditioning was a blessing in the summer heat. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the train station and within walking distance to the main attractions. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

Close to the historical center, a porter was available. The staff were helpful in providing extra bedding. Good location, easy to find. Atmospheric restaurant with tasty food. Great value for the atmosphere and location.

The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, next to the escalators that take you to the old town. The rooms are large and offer great views over the towers of the city. The pool is a welcome relief from the heat, and the staff are polite and friendly, engaging with guests.

The historic nature of the rooms added to the overall ambiance, and despite being a little small, they were cozy and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay even in the heat of August. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the bartender was attentive in serving us delicious cocktails on the patio. The location of the hotel could not have been better for exploring the nearby attractions in Toledo, and we had no issues with parking our rental car in the nearby public car park. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a working safe in our room and some areas needing a fresh coat of paint, our overall experience at Hacienda del Cardenal was enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend this charming hotel to others.

We loved the location of this place. It was just outside the old city wall and so close to the escalators which took us up to the city proper. The room was really comfortable with good service from housekeeping. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities especially the saltwater pool. The garden area was also very beautiful which was nice for relaxing.

the overall experience at Hacienda Del Cardenal was even better than I imagined. the restaurant was absolutely fantastic, with incredible food and a beautiful atmosphere. the architecture and decor of the hotel were simply stunning, with intricate details that added to the overall charm. I was particularly impressed with the junior suite, which was recommended by a staff member as their personal favorite. With its intimate feel and a total of 27 rooms, the hotel provided a unique and delightful stay.

We had a great stay at this beautiful rustic hotel located right on the city walls. The rooms were clean and modern with all the necessary facilities. The highlight was definitely the stunning grounds and the convenient walking proximity to the Cathedral and other attractions. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the reasonable rates and the fact that there was a public car park nearby for easy and affordable parking. The hotel had lovely outdoor lounging areas and cozy indoor spaces with sofas and tables.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the city walls and close to the old town. Parking was easy and affordable, and we loved the fact that the hotel had a dedicated spot for guests to unload their luggage. One of the best things about our stay was the beautiful garden bar, where we enjoyed excellent wine, beer, Jamón and cheese. the hotel had many original features and the breakfast was good with fresh warm bread.

The initial struggle to find the hotel threw us off a bit, as our sat nav was not great. we found it difficult to carry our heavy bags up a couple of flights of stairs.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. We witnessed their quick response and great attitude when a child broke a glass in the dining room. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of the city. We loved being able to explore the nearby attractions easily.
