The hotel staff were extremely helpful and professional, and they even fixed a spotlight in the bathroom without me having to ask. The breakfast buffet was great, with a good selection of food. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with the famous La Sagrada Familia just a short walk away. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others.

There was some noise disturbance due to thin walls and a thin door, making it difficult to differentiate between people knocking on nearby doors and my own. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing renovation work, which affected the entrance and caused issues with the elevators at times.
