so absurd that this hotel claims to be top-notch. No fridge, dusty elevator, and hair everywhere, it's unbelievable! I expected some special treatment for enduring this mess—but no, just a mediocre breakfast. I almost considered giving them a decent review, but the dreadful cleanliness made that impossible. I woudl ve been better off camping in a park, honestly.

The location along the river was stunning, making it easy to explore Bilbao's highlights. However, the bathroom's open shower design felt strange for two friends sharing the room.

Unpleasant crack in the shower stall, faulty power point for chargers, ineffective shower doors that left the bathroom wet!!! An extra towel rack wouldn't hurt either!!!

Hotel Bilbao Plaza exceeded my expectations! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and Guggenheim. Breakfast was good, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay.

plaza was in a great location, just near the outskirts of the old town by the river. the room was very clean and the staff were super friendly, which made our stay even better. being able to park the car easily was a nice bonus.

The location was perfect for our family trip, making it easy to explore the city together. Our aunt loved the cozy room, and we enjoyed the fantastic views of the river. A highlight was the cafe that was always open for a quick snack.

In my wife’s opinion, having a play area for kids would be great.
