amazing stay in alcudia! hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially juanjo at reception. the dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the breakfast was exotic and satisfying. the rooms were spacious, neat, and clean. definitely coming back!

No kettle in room.

The location is excellent, even better than last time. The refurbishment has been done to a very good standard, and you are made to feel very welcome from check-in to departure. Kevin, who is in charge of entertainment, never stops. The hotel is not far from the beach and is on the main local bus route. It is also on the Ting Ting train, which goes all around the Alcudia beach area.

The Ting Ting train doesn't go on to the beach itself.

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Plus, it was just a short walk to the beautiful Alcudia beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always providing quick and efficient service. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered stunning views. The poolside entertainment was a nice touch, and we loved relaxing by the pool. this place had a lovely family atmosphere and provided excellent value for money.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My recent stay at a hotel in Mallorca was fantastic! the food was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff. the pool area was clean and well maintained, with plenty of sun loungers available.

The noise level in the corridors could be quite high in the mornings, which made it difficult to sleep. the maid service was not as thorough as I would have liked, with the bathroom not being fully cleaned.

The value for money at this hotel was absolutely great. The room was nice, clean, and had a balcony. The location was superb, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist us.

Menu for breakfast could have had more gluten-free options for our wheat-intolerant friend.
