The availability of multiple whirlpools and currents in the wellness area can be limited, resulting in a waiting time for guests.

Great wellness options, including saunas, aroma room, and a lovely indoor pool. The staff were kind and helpful. The food was delicious and there were interesting events to attend. The gym was well-equipped. Checking out was quick and convenient, and the location was nice.

We were really impressed with this place! The location was absolutely stunning, right on the lakeside. The view from our room was breath-taking, especially during sunset. The hotel itself was newly furnished and impeccably clean, making us feel relaxed and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the service was top-notch. The spa and wellness center was a great place to unwind, with both indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and massage facilities. We also loved that the hotel had beach access so we could enjoy the beautiful lake. our stay here was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

The location of the hotel was great with easy access to the beach. The cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The balcony had a beautiful view and was perfect for a romantic evening together.

The staff at the check-in counter seemed cold and uninterested. The pool area was too small and crowded, with uncomfortable chairs. The elevator was slow and often took too long to arrive, which was frustrating. Also, the breakfast buffet did not have enough variety and could have been better for the price. The overall decor of the hotel was not very inviting.
