As a couple, we loved the warm and efficient welcome, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. The spacious suite was comfortable with a large, spotlessly clean bathroom and powerful shower. The hotel's convenient location near the high-speed train station was a plus, making it easy to travel to Madrid. The outside pool, although a bit cold in July, was a nice addition. Ample parking and a supermarket within walking distance were also convenient.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel on the outskirts of the city. This place is located in a quiet area, surrounded by what feels like a small parkland with tennis courts just below. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. They were always attentive and ready to assist with anything I needed. The rooms were comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for, including a mini-bar and a balcony. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness centre, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I really enjoyed my time relaxing and unwinding in these facilities.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. The location just outside the city centre was perfect for me, as I wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful.

This hotel is conveniently located right across from the bus stop, making it easy to explore the downtown area and visit the famous Aqueduct. The high speed train station is also just a short 25-30 minute ride to Madrid. The rooms are clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including gluten-free choices. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful garden and a pool for guests to enjoy.

One downside is that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

For the price we paid, we received great value - the room was luxurious and the bathroom was amazing with a separate shower and tub. The hotel's location on the edge of town was nice and there was ample free parking. The staff was helpful and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

Lovely relaxing break

There were a few minor issues with maintenance in certain areas of the hotel, but overall we found our stay to be very satisfying. We also found the bus stop outside the hotel to be convenient for getting to the AVE station.

We had an amazing city break and our hotel was a great choice. the outdoor pool was sparkling clean even though it's already autumn. the breakfast was delicious with both continental and cooked options; we particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel is situated in a convenient location, easy to get to by taxi, and close to the town center. the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and attractions near the hotel.

There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. However, it would have been nice if the bar had stayed open for a little bit longer, just so we could relax with a drink after our day out.

Hotel Candido Segovia is conveniently located near the famous Roman Aqueduct on the outskirts of Segovia. The view from the rooms towards the historic city center is breathtaking. The spacious rooms are furnished in a faux antique style and equipped with a writing desk, comfortable armchairs, and wardrobes. The bathrooms are elegant and feature both a shower and a bathtub. The friendly and efficient reception staff provide excellent service. The breakfast room offers a huge and delicious breakfast. The hotel also has a pool and gardens for guests to enjoy.

Some new building developments near the hotel are affecting the previously uninterrupted view of the city.
