During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by a few positive aspects. the hotel offered a luxurious suite with a sauna, which was a great addition to my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring the main center. Lastly, I really enjoyed the fact that most of the staff spoke English, which made communication much easier.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. the hotel allowed smoking everywhere, including the dining room, which resulted in a strong odor of cigarette smoke in my room.

Spent Xmas here and it was great! Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the staff was very friendly. the location was perfect, close to public transport and the downtown area. the room was also very comfortable and clean.

The curtains were quite thin, so some light did come in, and the Wi-Fi was spotty at times. the hotel could benefit from improved soundproofing, as noise from other guests and street noise could be heard at times.
