The location was brilliant, within walking distance of central Granada and the Alhambra. The staff were warm and provided excellent suggestions for sightseeing, making my stay memorable.

Room sizes were somewhat cramped, limiting space for luggage. Furthermore, sound issues from outside were distracting, affecting the peace I hoped for during my stay.

Consider requesting a room away from street level for a quieter night's sleep, as some rooms face lively streets.

stayed here expecting royal treatment, but the towels were so worn they resembled floor cloths. i also noticed the lack of seating for guests—inconvenient! it would’ve been nice to receive a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no such luck. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

a historic hotel, yet I was shocked to find my double bed was just two single beds sliding apart. also, the bathroom was so cramped that I felt like I was showering in a closet.

the ladies in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. the street can be noisy at night.

We had a wonderful experience, especially with the afternoon tea and pastries. Those authentic wooden ceilings everywhere. However, the compact size of our room was unexpected. Would totally go back!

We loved the hotel's charm and authentic Spanish décor, especially the beautiful inner courtyard. Staying with my dad, we enjoyed easy access to the Alhambra, which was breathtaking. The friendly staff, including Rocio at the front desk, made our experience even better.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel needs soundproofing for family rooms.

Great location, just minutes to Plaza Nueva! Loved the beautiful internal courtyard and authentic feel of the Renaissance building. Breakfast had a good variety and was filling. Staff gave excellent suggestions for sightseeing! 🌟

Charming ambiance with stunning courtyards and a lovely potted plant vibe. The location is super convenient—everything's just a hop away! Our room was spick and span. The comfy bed made me want to stay forever.

The air conditioning was nearly a water fountain, leaving me with a mini indoor pond! Also, hope you like neighbors’ concerts at night—just not my kind of music.
