This hotel is located right in Montezuma's "downtown", making it very convenient to explore the town. The service provided by the staff was great, they were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We especially loved the amazing view to the sea from our room and the very comfortable bed which made for a great night's sleep. Also, breakfast offered was filling and delicious.

No negative aspects to mention, our stay was great.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. We loved being able to step out of the hotel and have restaurants, bars, and shops just a few steps away. the beach was also very close, just a short stroll from the hotel. Another great aspect was the pool, it was clean and well-maintained, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.

That our room was quite basic and didn't have a safe to store our belongings. It would have been nice to have that peace of mind.

loved the location and hospitality of mariel and tatiana. they moved us to a cooler room by the pool and the grounds are beautiful. close to town and the beach, perfect for exploring. pool is a must in montezuma.

Plumbing in second room needs improvement.
