the second stay at this resort was just as fantastic as the first! the relaxed vibe, friendly staff, and spacious, clean rooms with the most comfortable beds made for a perfect stay. the pool and sunbeds were great, and the option of a free room on the last day was a thoughtful touch. overall, a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful resort surrounded by well-maintained gardens, offering a peaceful and spacious atmosphere. The sea view from our huge terrace was stunning, and the apartment provided all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette. The daily entertainment, two swimming pools, and the availability of free activities were a bonus. Additionally, the helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

During my recent stay at a resort in Hersonissos, I had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, offering a peaceful atmosphere away from the city center but still within easy reach by car. The staff were friendly, ensuring our safety with CCTV and night security checks. What impressed me the most was the personal touch that the resort maintained, making me feel valued as a guest.

Despite these highlights, there were a few downsides to my stay. The outdoor pools were too cold for swimming, and the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as we encountered ants on our bed twice.

Village Heights Resort offers a unique experience in the mountains of Crete, providing stunning views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. The one-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely balcony. The staff at the resort were extremely friendly, hardworking, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The well-maintained gardens and two swimming pools added to the relaxing atmosphere of the resort.

The internet connection was spotty at times and required multiple calls to address the issue.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful landscaped gardens with a variety of trees and butterflies everywhere. the two pools were clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of foods. We loved the well-equipped rooms and mini-golf addition to the hotel. the secluded location offered a peaceful atmosphere and was perfect for a holiday.

Our experience was somewhat marred by the partially ruined SPA treatment due to screaming children let into the SPA. In general, we had a good stay despite some minor issues.

I had a fantastic stay at Village Heights Resort in Hersonissos. The apartment was spacious and clean, with lovely views. The resort had so much to offer, from mini-golf and a games room to a spa with amazing massages. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The pool was stunning and the food was delicious. The resort even provided a shuttle bus into town, making it easy to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise. the spa and wellness centre has exclusive amenities such as full body massage and body wraps, making for a pampered stay. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area are stunning. the restaurant offers delicious dinner with special diet menus and outdoor dining area.

The checkout time is earlier than the international standard and it might be considered inconvenient to some guests.
