We had a fantastic stay in a Deluxe Spa Suite at this hotel. The whole layout of the suite was nice, with a great view of the morning sunrise once the curtains were opened. The spa bath in the room was a highlight, comfortably fitting two people. The restaurant service was pleasant and efficient, and the food was good. The staff were amazing, kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The presentation of the room was beautiful, with a super comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was great, peaceful, and quiet, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing time at a luxury hotel in a beautiful location. The staff made me feel like I was the only guest in the entire hotel. The package deal I got included a relaxing massage and a stunning 5-course dinner. The views were breathtaking and the overall experience was absolutely amazing. My stay was so memorable that I would even recommend it to my brother for his honeymoon.

One small disappointment was the gym, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the breathtaking view of snowy mountains and Hanmer Springs from our room on the stunning mountainside. The spacious and modern room had a large comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The friendly staff, like Mi-Ann and Nicole, provided exceptional service and catered to our every need. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, although a bit inconvenient to reach compared to other restaurants in the area.

The hotel is in need of a bit of a revamp and some of the fittings are a bit dated.

The accommodation was excellent with breathtaking views and beautiful interior design. The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the outdoor spa was perfect for relaxation. We also appreciated the quiet and private rooms, ensuring a peaceful stay.

During our recent stay at Braemar Lodge And Spa, we experienced the perfect romantic weekend away. The highlight of our stay was the spacious and comfortable suite with a huge bed that made us feel absolutely spoiled. We had the luxury of choosing between a spa on our balcony and a spa bath in the bathroom, along with a double shower. The room was faultless and made our stay truly unforgettable.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a bathroom ceiling with peeling paint and some issues with the air conditioning, they were not major enough to dampen our overall experience at Braemar Lodge And Spa.

Beautiful room, amazing food, lovely service. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and had an indoor spa which was wonderful. the food was outstanding and the staff were very knowledgeable about the wine list. the service was helpful and efficient, with a tour of the hotel upon arrival and a helpful hand when leaving. the hotel is located in a picturesque setting, which made it even more enjoyable.

Staff shortages and delayed house-keeping were evident. There was a shortage of staff, and the housekeeping was late, which caused the room to not be cleaned until after 4 pm.

the spa & wellness centre was impressive, and the sauna was very relaxing. I took advantage of the massage services which were top-notch, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. the treatment room was serene, and the staff was courteous and attentive. the location offered a beautiful sun terrace with a stunning garden area, providing a peaceful environment to enjoy the breathtaking view.

There was one minor issue. Despite the beautiful surroundings, the air conditioning was not working well.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious and luxurious rooms that provided ample space to relax. The view from the hotel was breathtaking and definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff were incredibly respectful, kind, and attentive, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and freshness.
