I had a fantastic stay at a well-being resort in Puerto del Carmen. The staff at Casas Heddy were incredibly friendly and helpful. The women at the front desk were pleasant and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Fernando, who showed me around the apartment, went above and beyond to help us, even sacrificing a family meeting. The cleanliness of the room and the daily housekeeping service were exceptional. The pool area and the gardens around it were spotless. I was impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the resort, as well as the exceptional service provided by the staff.

During our romantic escape, my partner and I enjoyed the fantastic pool with plenty of loungers available. We loved the fact that the saltwater didn't leave us with that chemical chlorine smell. The women who worked at the front desk were very friendly, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the clean rooms, which were spotless and comfortable.

We did have a few issues. there were no parasols around the pool, which meant that we had to spend some time in the sun without any shade.

The resort is located in a quiet area, away from the bustling center of town, making it perfect for those who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere. The stunning views of the surrounding mountains create a tranquil setting to relax and unwind. The hotel offers a range of activities, such as aqua gym, for guests to enjoy if they are feeling active. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with modern amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to assist guests with any requests. The breakfast selection is fantastic, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
