Casual Gurea provided us with an amazing stay in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right in the centre of things, in the heart of Old Town. We enjoyed exploring this safe and interesting neighborhood, with the river, trams, and metro just 3 minutes away. The room was spacious with lots of light, and we particularly loved the wintergreen balcony and small balcony for a breath of fresh air. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the curtains kept daylight out, allowing us to sleep till afternoon if desired. The hotel facilities were great, including an elevator that made it easy to handle our luggage. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

They provided a map of the city, along with recommendations and tips for getting around. the room was clean and comfortable, with separate areas for the bedroom, bathroom, and sitting room. the hotel's central location in the old town made it easy to explore, with tram, bus, and metro stations within short walking distance.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the noise from the main pedestrian street. Although my room overlooked the inner courtyard and was relatively quiet, I overheard another guest complaining about the noise on weekend evenings.

One particular staff member even helped us access and print out a boarding pass when our mobile died, which was a lifesaver.
