The check-in process was smooth and the staff member at the front desk was friendly. the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The housekeeping service was disappointing, as they didn't properly clean the room during our stay. the towels were not properly replaced and the trash cans were not emptied.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They were friendly and polite. The hot breakfast on weekends was a great feature.

Our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Brentwood was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were delighted to find that the breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items, and the staff attending to it was also friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. Another great perk was the availability of coffee 24x7, perfect for coffee lovers like us.

We recently stayed at this hotel while my wife had an appointment at Vanderbilt Hospital. The location was perfect for us - just a 15-minute drive from the hospital and $100 cheaper than staying downtown. It was easy to find, right off the interstate. We appreciated that there were a few places to eat within walking distance as well.

Although there was a water leak in the bathroom of our room and the drywall repairs were poorly finished, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Nashville for a work trip. The hotel was clean, neat, and well cared for. The location was surprisingly convenient for our needs. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels to choose from. I also appreciated the fact that they provided to-go bags for breakfast for those who are in a hurry. Lastly, I had a mishap with leaving my purse behind, but the front desk attendant, Rocky, went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. He and Cameron were both incredibly polite and friendly. This exceptional service made me want to come back to this hotel in the future.
