I particularly enjoyed the powerful shower after chilly December days.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a great location just across the street from the metro station, making it easy to access various attractions while enjoying the impressive breakfast buffet that caters to diverse dietary needs.

were surprised by how friendly they were, especially Carlos, who helped with all our questions. The hotel’s proximity to a metro station made exploring the city a breeze, though the room’s electrical outlets were limited, making charging devices tricky.

Good location & comfy beds

The metro's super close, which made venturing out totally easy! Had a solid sleep on the comfy bed. The breakfast bar was awesome, with plenty of fresh options. Only bummer was the room felt a bit cramped, not what I imagined from the pics.

I was disappointed to find that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom, and the staff informed me that it’s standard practice to request cleaning instead.

During my stay, I found the breakfast selection lacking in variety, particularly with the omelette station. The way they mixed all the ingredients together made for a messy experience, which was disappointing. Additionally, while the rooftop pool offered great views, the chilly temperature made it less enjoyable than I had hoped.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that made it quite challenging. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of in-room tea or coffee facilities, which would have greatly enhanced my stay. To make matters worse, I noticed that noise from the hallways was quite disruptive, making it hard to have a restful night, especially when doors were slammed.

Request a room away from the glass lift to avoid noise disturbances during your stay, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

The rooftop pool offers stunning 360° views, and the location is super convenient near the metro. My room was clean and spacious, and the large shower was fantastic after a long day.

Staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, providing helpful suggestions for exploring the area. Breakfast options were extensive, featuring fresh fruits and excellent coffee, setting a positive tone for the day. However, the room lacked personality. it was very basic and felt unwelcoming with no artwork or tea-making facilities. The lighting was also quite dull, which detracted from the overall comfort.
