The location of this hotel was perfect, with easy access to the Wiznik Centre and the Retiro Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was well-appointed, with a luxurious shower. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in the Salamanca neighborhood was perfect for us as we wanted to be in this area every day. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but there are plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It is also conveniently located next to a metro station, making it easy to get to central Madrid. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had nice free products and everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. They even went above and beyond by finding and returning a lost earring for us. our experience at this hotel was very pleasant and convenient, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We had such a wonderful stay here in Salamanca! The location was perfect, right in front of the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were cozy and clean, with big bathrooms and all the amenities we needed. We loved the smell of the hotel every time we walked in. Breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful and even accommodated our request to check in early.

We had a minor issue with an extra charge, but once we called the manager, it was promptly resolved.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and just a short walk to the beautiful park and luxury shopping street. Excellent location and superb breakfast

One of the many highlights of our stay at Catalonia was the hotel's excellent location. Situated in the vibrant Salamanca district, we were just a stone's throw away from the Velázquez station and had easy access to buses and taxis. The hotel might not have the most impressive exterior, but once inside, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast at Catalonia was simply superb - they offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied our taste buds every morning.

It was conveniently located near subway stations and Retiro Park, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, even helping us with printing our bus tickets. the breakfast offered a wide selection of food and the option to order in advance for a discounted price. the room itself was spacious, modern, and clean, with a great view of the street.

The rooms at Catalonia Goya were incredibly spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I especially enjoyed the mini-bar in the room, which had plenty of space for storing my own food and drinks. The bathroom was huge, and I appreciated the fast wifi connection. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a 20 minute walk to the city center or the convenience of a nearby metro station. The highlight of my stay was definitely the excellent breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. I had a great experience at Catalonia Goya and would highly recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is very easy to walk to a lot of the attractions. It is close to everything but outside the city center, which can be too crowded for me. Additionally, it is right next to the tram stop, making it convenient for transportation.

The room door isolation could be better as you hear all sounds from the corridors.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were a couple of things that I liked. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. Lastly, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel, with a variety of options to choose from, including made-to-order dishes like omelettes and pancakes.

On the other hand, there were some aspects of the hotel that I didn't particularly like. the rooms were quite average and could do with some updates, especially the outdated design.
